Activity Areas for Campers of all Ages

Children's Playground

A beautiful playground is located just a short walk from the McCrary Dining Hall. Located in a shady grove of trees, this sturdy playground brings lots of sliding, swinging and climbing fun for children

Ball field

A beautiful softball field is available for use by campers. The ball field has a large back-stop,  as well as bleachers for spectators to cheer for their favorite team! Bats, balls and some gloves are available to parties who rent the campground.

Basketball Court, Tether-ball, Volleyball, and horseshoes

  Located near the Pavilion, the outdoor basketball court has two hoops. Basketballs are provided for group rentals. Rustic bench seating and swings are nearby for those who want to watch the activities on the court. Additional outdoor fun is available at the tether-ball pole, or you might choose to play an exciting game of horseshoes with friends. A volleyball court is located in this same activity area, and can provide hours of fun for campers and families.

Hiking Trails

Eagle Ridge has many beautiful hiking trails. Most of these trails are an easy to moderate walk, up and down some rolling hills. You might just see some deer, native birds, and other interesting plants and wildlife as you trek through across these trails.
